Agnes Donahoe

Agnes Virginia Coleman Donahoe, 111, of Snow Camp passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Orange County, VA to Andrew Jackson Coleman and Carrie Lee Richardson Coleman both deceased. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Donahoe is survived by her daughter, Joyce Donahoe Sharpe and husband George of Snow Camp. Grandchildren; Alan Sharpe, Susan Ball and husband David, Michael Sharpe and wife Kimberly. Great Grandchildren; Garrett, Virginia, Isaiah, Amanda, Jamie and Jack Ball, Lucas and Eli Sharpe.

Other than her parents Mrs. Donahoe  was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Donahoe and her siblings; Alice J. Coleman Weaver, Lillie M. Coleman Mason, Clara L. Coleman Cole, Elsie G. Coleman Davis, Sarah L. Coleman Melton, Andrew J. Coleman, Wilson S. “Gent” Coleman, Eunice V. Coleman Melton, James Arthur Coleman, Ruby Coleman Anderson, Stearns Coleman, and Edward Coleman.

A funeral service will be held at  2:00 PM  Friday, January 25, 2019 at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Reverend Keith Porter. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at McClure Funeral Home in Graham. Other times they will be at the residence of Joyce and George Sharpe, 6273 Mt. Hermon – Rock Creek Rd., Snow Camp
