Eugene Watson Obituary

Mr. Eugene Andrew Watson, 76, of Mebane, NC, passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at the VA Hospital in Durham. He was the husband of Elizabeth Buntin Watson and a veteran of the US Army.

Other than his wife he is survived by his daughters; Terri Brown of Graham; Sherry Underwood & Gene of Burlington and Jerrie Wall & Daniel of Snow Camp, sisters; Elaine Williams & Bill of Burlington, Helen Lunsford & Ronnie and Dorothy Smith & Gary all of Prospect Hill, brother; David Watson & Jean of Snow Camp, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 nieces, 2 nephews and his beloved pup Dolly Mae.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jack & Margaret Watson and his nephew Jason Smith.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Sunday January 6, 2019 at Lea Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Prospect Hill with Military Honors. Online condolences may be sent at www.mcclurefuneralservice.net
