Ricky D. Perry

Ricky Dark Perry, 60 of Burlington passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at his home. He was a native of Alamance County and retired from the Hosiery Industry. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Mattie Walker Sykes, Biological father, Billy Dark Perry, Son, Ricky Dark Brooks, Brother, Roger "Junior" Sykes, Jr, Sisters, Peggy and Penny Sykes, Great Grandson, Randy Brett Brooks.

He is survived by his wife, Dale  Blaylock Perry of the home, granddaughter, Brittany Blaylock of the home; his dog Little Bit; daughters, Melissa Blaylock Haith (Thad), and Crystal Bunn (Timothy), father, Roger Sykes, Sr., Brother, David Perry Sr., (Janet); sister, Christy Sykes (Johnny), grandchildren, Adrian Boone, Adajia Bunn, Timothy Bunn, Jr., Kemitt Bunn, Immanuel Bunn, Noah Bunn, Matthew Pike, Cassie Smith, Caleb Smith, Cody Smith, Cole Smith, Levi Brooks, Jaxton Brooks, Lauren Wilson, Kaitlyn Haith; great grandchildren, Brayleigh Pike and McKinsleigh Long and many nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate his life will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at the McClure Funeral Home chapel in Graham by Pastor Dave Winstead. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 - 8:00 Tuesday night and other times at the home at 215 Elmira Street, Burlington. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mr. Perry's honor may be made to McClure Funeral Home, 1030 South Main Street, Graham NC 27253.
