Adrienne Michelle Crumpton Talley

Mrs. Adrienne Michelle Crumpton Talley, 57, of Snow Camp, NC passed away on May 25, 2025, at the Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington. A native of Alamance Co. NC, she was the daughter of the late James Richard Crumpton Sr. and Shirley Sorenson Crumpton, who survives. She graduated from Cummings High School and was a seamstress since she was a little girl for the family business, Crumpton Upholstery in Burlington. She enjoyed music, shopping, makeup and animals of all kinds, especially riding horses, but her favorite was her loving dog, Mocha. In her younger years she drove a school bus so she would have the opportunity to take her kids to school as well as make sure all the other kids got to school safely. She would help with the Boy Scouts and even got to spend the night on the USS York Town on an overnight trips with the group. Adrienne was always looking for something to do and would even help her husband Jay on jobs digging footings or whatever needed to be done. She will forever be remembered for being a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to all. Survivors include her loving husband, James Earl “Jay” Talley; her children, Jesse Bruer and husband Aaron, Wyatt Talley and Dalton Talley; her mother, Shirley S. Crumpton; her sisters, Valarie Buckner and husband Clark, Kirstene Forsyth, and DeeDee Davidson and husband Jeff; a brother, James Richard Crumpton Jr. and wife Cheryl and many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Sunday June 8, 2025 at the residence of the family in Snow Camp.
