Stephen Clayton Zacheis, North Dakota. Kaytlin Sarah Zacheis, St. Louis, MO. Parents, Ervin Paul and Dorothy Marie Eagan Carter, Graham. Sister, Joy Lorraine Cooper, Hampton, VA. Robert Earl Carter, Washington Grove, MD. John Thomas Carter, Washington, DC.
