Allen Glenn Farabee Jr.

Allen Glenn Farabee Jr., 70 of Graham, NC died Thursday, October 22, 2015. Son of the late Allen Glenn Farabee Sr. and Margaret Hunter Farabee, he was born on November 12, 1944, Decatur County Georgia. He graduated from Boyden High School, Salisbury, NC and attended Wingate College. Glenn worked for over 40 years in management in the furniture industry throughout the US and Asia. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Thomas M. Holt Masonic Lodge, Graham, the Scottish Rite, the York Rite, and was a veteran of the US Army. He is survived by wife Ann Coffman Farabee, daughters Nicole Farabee, High Point, NC, Catherine Queen (Jason), Sofia, NC, son GySgt. Allen S. Farabee (Lisa), Camp LeJeune, NC, and grandsons Landon Farabee, Hunter Queen, and Kaleb and Hagen Glasgow. Funeral Service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, October 25, 2015 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, the Reverend Nathan D. Hooks officiating. Burial following in the church cemetery with Masonic burial rites. Friends may call at the family residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 2719 Bellemont-Alamance Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
