Alma Todd Pierce

Mrs. Alma Jean Todd Pierce age 80 of 2219 Delaney Drive, Burlington, NC died 5:42pm, Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the home of her daughter, Carol in Raleigh, NC. Born December 4th, 1934 in Mahoning County ,Ohio to the late Robert Albert Todd and Jane Boyd Todd and was the wife to the late Lawrence ”Larry” Paul Pierce. Alma was a member of the Low’s Lutheran Church, the New Comers Club of Burlington, served as a volunteer at the Kermode Senior Center of Burlington and had a passion for travel. Surviving family members are her daughters Cheryl Malitz and husband Terry, Karen Pierce, Carol Resovsky and husband Richard, Paula Pierce, son Todd Pierce and wife Lynne. Grandchildren Valerie Alfisi and husband Chris, Michael Thompson, Christopher Resovsky, Colin Thompson, Addison Kathryn Pierce. A Graveside Service will be held 11:00am Thursday June 11, 2015 at the Low’s Lutheran Church Cemetery officiated by Pastor John Mark Beam.
