Annie Frank "Frankie Anne" Pickard

Annie Frank “Frankie Anne” Pickard 64, of 8044 South NC Highway 87, Snow Camp, NC died at 8:58 pm Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC after a brief illness. She was born in Alamance County, retired from the State of North Carolina Department of Commerce and a member of the Concord United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence Strowd Pickard and Eloise Whitaker Pickard, also a sister and brother in law Mary Pickard Coble and Frankie Coble.

Surviving family is a brother Al Pickard and wife Sharron of Snow Camp, nephews Kenneth Coble of Graham, Jay Pickard and wife Kristy of Snow Camp, a grandniece Mayci Pickard and grandnephew Shayne Pickard.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the McClure Funeral and Cremation Service, Graham, NC. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Concord United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. David Allen, burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date.
