April Michelle Grady 44, of Efland, passed away on November 10, 2023 at Duke University Medical Center. She was born on March 12, 1979 in Durham Co. NC to the late Bobby Grady and her mother, Donna Sorrell Snipes, who survives. April loved everybody and showed nothing but love to others. She never forgot someone she met and always made an impact on everyone she encountered. April was a fighter and loved all things around her, especially her family. Surviving are her mother, Donna Sorrell Snipes and her sister, Lori Holbrook and husband, Terry, and her many other loving family members. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her step father, Riley Snipes. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with Pastor Jonathan Going officiating. Burial will follow in the Efland UMC Cemetery (New). The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home in Mebane. The family of April would like to extend a special thank you to Diana Waddle, Patricia Sweger, Janet Griffin, Marsha Slade and to the Full Coverage PDN staff for all of their love and care for April over the years.
