Mr. Arthur “Dub” Lee Caulder, 74, of Burlington, NC tragically passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Arthur “Bud” Caulder and Vallie Thomas Caulder. Dub retired from the United States Postal Service in Gibsonville. Dub loved the Lord and had attended church regularly at New Hope Baptist Church before his health declined, serving in the Bus Ministry and as the Sunday School Superintendent. Mr. Caulder honorably served his country in the United States Army Cobra Helicopter Division during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Caulder is survived by his loving wife Nancy Caulder, a daughter, Carolyn Caulder Keck and her husband Chad, a son, Kevin Dwayne Caulder, a sister, Brenda Caulder Jefferson and her husband Harold of Yanceyville, two grandsons, J.C. Keck and Dale Keck, and loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dub was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Caulder Drury.
A visitation will be held at McClure Funeral Home from 2:00PM – 4:00PM on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. A graveside service will be held at Alamance Memorial Park on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 11:00AM with Pastor Randy Hobbs and Pastor Reid Dickens officiating.
