Barbara Maness Waddell

Barbara Maness Waddell, 67, 0f Burlington passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Alamance County to Ralph Clinton and Jean Watkins Maness both deceased. She was a retired textile worker and a member of The People’s Church in Mebane.

Barbara is survived by her: husband, Jerry Wayne Waddell, Home. Daughters, Tiffany Thaxton (Paul), Danna Cordero (Alex), Lisa Mims (Tommy). Grandchildren, Jalen, Alayna, and Camryn. Sister, Constance Ledford (Garland), brother, William Roy Maness (Pat). In addition to her parents Barbara is preceded in death by a sister, Donnan Goldston, nephew, Clinton Ledford.

A private service will be held at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane. Officiating will be Rev. James Christopher and Rev. Brian Parker. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.

Barbara will be open for public viewing on Saturday, May 9, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM  at McClure Funeral Home in Mebane.

McClure Funeral Home in Mebane is serving the Waddell family.
