Barrett Keith "Wizard" Vinson

Barrett Keith Vinson, 59, of Snow Camp, NC passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at Alamance Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Thomas Doyle Vinson Jr. and Francis Strader Vinson. Keith was a graduate of Southern Alamance High School class of 1983. Barrett, or “Wizard”, as he was more famously known, will be remembered as a very special man. He enjoyed many things in life including riding his motorcycle, listening to music, his time in the band, playing his guitar, and being an active member of his church. Keith was always joking, making sure to leave a smile on any faces he was around. Keith was a devoted friend, always being there for anyone when he was needed. Keith had a place for many things in his heart but the one thing he was proud of more than anything was his family.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Vinson was preceded in death by his brother, Robert “Spot” Doyle Vinson; and his sister, Lisa Anne Vinson-Teetor.

Keith is survived by Brandy Lynn Talamoni (TJ) and Elizabeth Anne Teeter-Mench (Charles); his stepmother, Judy Vinson; his siblings, Jackie Dixon and Scott Raines; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6th, 2023, beginning at 2:00pm at McClure Funeral Service in Graham. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 5th, 2023, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the funeral home.
