Beatrice Contreras

Beatrice Anne Contreras, 44, of Mebane passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Beatrice was born October 27, 1973 at Mildenhall Air Force Base, England to William and Jaem Bobbitt who survive. The world is a darker, lonelier place without our beloved Beatrice. She left us following a tragic accident in her Mebane home. We will surely miss this brilliant ray of sunshine and love. She gave without conditions. She loved fiercely and unequivocally. This beautiful, thoughtful, brilliant, creative spark of light may be extinguished on this earth, but she will forever live on in our hearts and minds. Take your rest, beloved woman. You are truly loved! Other than her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Contreras; Brother, William Bobbitt; Mother in law; Chass Hood; Brother in law, Edward Hall. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday December 22, 2017 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Mebane. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending donations to the Durham Rescue Mission. That would be Beatrice's wish.
