Ben Neal

Ben Everette Neal, 71, of Haw River passed away Friday, March 8 at his residence. Ben was born in Alamance County to Edward Murray Neal and Daisy Neville Neal both deceased. He was retired from Fairystone Fabrics.

Ben is survived by his wife, Geneva Toombs Neal of the home, sons. David Neal (Joyce) , Swepsonville and Steve Neal (Gwen), Julian. grandchildren, Kyle Neal and Sabrina Neal, great grandchild, Bentley Vanschaick. Step sons, Alan Scott and Terry Hall. 8 step grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren, and 1 step great great grandchild. Other than his parents Ben is preceded in death by his first wife, Eileen Neal, siblings, Mary Alice Jones, Johnny Neal, and William Neal.

A funeral service will be held  Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 1 PM at Moore’s Chapel Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Christopher Clark and Rev. Doug Durham. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon until 1 PM prior to the service. Other times the family will at the residence.
