Benjamin Grey Shepherd

Benjamin Grey Shepherd, 19, of Snow Camp, NC passed away on February 08, 2022. Benjamin was a native of Alamance County. Benny was loved by many people in his life. He loved to play football and took up the nickname Big Ben for 3 years. He was all country, Benny loved to ride horses, deer hunt, and loved country music. He was a selfless individual and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Benjamin is survived by his parents, Brenda Shepherd, and Jerry Shepherd Sr.; father, Jerry Shepherd Jr.; his siblings, Serena Sandidge, and Shirly Holt, grandparents, Carol & Roger Fowler, uncles, Christopher Kersey (Kay), Roger Fowler, and Ryan Fowler (Kylie), cousins, Michael Shepherd, Josh Shepherd, Christopher Kersey, Tyler Kersey, Cameron Kersey, Dylan Holt (Hannah), Casey Kirkpatrick (Justin), April Sawyer (Bruce), Caison, Caleb, Kenlee, Hunter, Sutton and Saylor Fowler, significant other, Shanree Ernesty and his children, Lucy and Marlina.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Lonnie and Mable Shepherd, Ben and Ruth Coble and many aunts and uncles.

A funeral service will be at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00PM Tuesday, February 15, 2022. A visitation will be held for family to receive friends on Monday, February 14, 2022 from 5PM-7PM.
