Mebane
Betty Sykes, 82, passed away on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Lacey and Odell Sykes.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Aldridge of Mebane; Mary Sykes Pore of Mebane; James Sykes of Burlington and Ruby Martin of Graham.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by Irene Sykes Wade, Mary Tickel Neal, Florence Efland, Harvey Sykes and Lois Thompson.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Tuesday October 12, 2021 in Oakwood Cemetery.
