Billy W. Modlin

Billy Wayne Modlin, 79, of Graham passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. He was a native of Alamance County and retired from Holt Hosiery. He also enjoyed taking trips to the Myrtle beach. He is the son of the late Edward & Ida Jones Modlin. He was also preceded in death by his son, Rodney Modlin; Brothers, Larry Modlin and Jim Modlin; sisters, Judi Allen, Joann Robinson and Alma Kernodle.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Boggs “Cookie” Modlin; daughter Billie Jo “BJ” Smith and husband Randy of Burlington; sisters, Vickie Lynch and husband Tim of Burlington, Ruth Martin and husband Allie of Mebane; grandchildren, Amber Smith, Emma Modlin, Hart Modlin and William Modlin.
