Mr. Bobby Joe Boggs, 66, of Mebane, NC passed away on January 24, 2020 at his residence. A native of Alamance Co. NC, he was the son of the late Ira Lindo Boggs Jr. and his mother who survives, Eunice Durham Crane. Bobby was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend to many. He enjoyed spending time with his family at home and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carolyn Hall Boggs; daughters, Catherine “Renee” White and Misty Boggs; his grandchildren, Erica Abram, Mark Abram, Michael Lee Vicks, Elizabeth Dillinger, Anthony Joseph White, Cheyenne Boggs and Jolena White; sisters, Wanda Boggs Estes and Clara Johnston and husband Harry and his brother, Kenneth Boggs. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, David Wayne Boggs. The family will hold services at a later date. McClure Funeral Service in Mebane is assisting the family.
