Bobby Gene Vance, Jr., 57, of Burlington passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at his residence. Bobby was native of Alamance County. He was formally employed by Culp Finishing. He was also a member of Altamahaw Baptist Church. Bobby is survived by his daughter; Chrystal Thompson (Mark) of Burlington. Sisters; Pam Davis (Johnny) of Burlington, Cindy Hatch of Pittsboro, Kimberly Watkins of Burlington. Brothers; Phillip Vance (Laurie) of Cary and Jimmy Vance of Graham. Grandchildren; Anthony Thompson, Tabatha Thompson, Landon Thompson, Elijah Thompson, Hunter Thompson, Mark Thompson, Jr. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Late Bobby Gene Vance, Sr and Anne Shore Wilson. Step Father; Jack W. Wilson. Grandson; Donnie Thompson. Receive friends A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Altamahaw Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Tucker. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 until 8 Friday evening. Other times they will be at the residence of Nancy Johnson, 2110 Altamahaw- Union Ridge Rd., Burlington, NC.
