Bonnie Lou (Taylor) Danby

“At Peace” Bonnie Taylor Danby has gone to be with the Father on this day of April 13, 2022 after a long battle at home with health issues, she’s now at peace. Bonnie was born May 3, 1948 and raised in Mebane, NC by her late parents, Samuel C. Taylor and Mary Frances Jones Taylor. She went to school in Efland and also Beauty College, receiving a diploma November 18, 1966. She retired from Boston Sandwich Shop always making lots of friends and memories. She leaves behind at home her husband of 14 years, William “Bill” Danby, of Sanford; her three children, Darian K. Lee and wife Julie, of Gibsonville, Teresa Buckner and husband Tony, of Sanford and Mindy Pruitt and husband Johnny, of Graham; their 5 grandchildren, Savanna, Lucas, Anthony, Racheal, and Candice; their 5 loving great grandchildren and her precious dog. She loved good food, a clean house and TV. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday April 21, 2022 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with the Pastor Darrell Moser officiating. Burial will follow in Mebane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends form 1 until 3 prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. She loved many things, The Lord 1st, her family 2nd, that’s how she lived. MOM-A powerful word for a powerful woman.
