Boris Ronald "Ronnie" Blackwood

Boris Ronald “Ronnie” Blackwood, 84, of Mebane Passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Peak Resources in Graham. Ronnie was born in Alamance County to Brodie James and Hazel Chatman Blackwood both deceased. He was the husband of Betty Sue Way Blackwood also deceased. He was a retired fixer in the hosiery mill.

Ronnie is survived by his sister; Carolyn Harris of Mebane. Nieces and nephews; Jimmy and (Debbie) Coble of Chester, NJ., Donna Murphy of Haw River, Great nieces and nephews;  Justin (Laura) Coble of Sumerville, NJ. ( Dan) Lynzee Rohe of Philadelphia, PA. Janice (Cameron) Paschal of Mebane. In addition to his wife and parents Ronnie was also preceded in death by his great nephew, Jason Murphy.

There will be a private graveside service. Mr. Blackwood will be available for public viewing at McClure Funeral Home in Graham after 4:30 PM Friday and Saturday until carried to the cemetery.

McClure Funeral Home in Graham is serving the Blackwood family.
