Mr. Bradley Keith “Brad” Joyner age 19, of 115 Stoneham Road, Mebane, NC died 5:36 AM, Sunday, October 12, 2014 at his home after a 7 month illness. Born November 26, 1994 in Nash County, NC, attended The Lamb’s Chapel, was employed with Technostalgia, the New Millennium Fitness Center and was a certified lifeguard and swim instructor. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Aimee Cook Pettigrew and Gray Pettigrew of the home, father Stacy Joyner of Rocky Mount, brother Andrew Joyner of the home, Paige Struchen of the home, step sisters Kaila Phillips of Mebane, Jarrett Pettigrew of the home, step brother Sam Pettigrew of the home, grandfather Larry Cook and wife Sandra of Tarboro, grandmother Robin Long of Nashville, aunts Kristin Cook, Renee Cook and companion Teresa Pitts, Tracie Rives and husband Lane. A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Lambs Chapel, Haw River, NC with Pastor Brian Biggers and Pastor Phil Seay officiating. Burial will follow in the Hawfields Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Mebane, NC. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening October 14, 2014 from 5pm until 7pm at the McClure Funeral and Cremation Service 1308 South Third Street, Mebane, NC 27302, other times at the home.
