Brenda Faye (Williams) Blankenship

Brenda Faye Blankenship, 71, of Mebane passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. She was a native of Vance County and a caregiver for people with special needs. She is the daughter of the late Jesse & Edna Mae Woolard Williams. She was also preceded in death by a son, Adam Champion, Brother, Tommy Weaver and sister, Joyce Medlin.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Champion and wife Annette of Mebane; Daughters, Tasha Smith and husband Brian of Tennessee, Amie McCauley and husband Lester of Person County; sisters, Barbara McFalls and husband Don of Stem and Linda Hicks of Raleigh; grandchildren, Adrienne Gregory, Michaela Champion, Daniel Champion, Christian Champion, Sunny Smith, Bellamy Smith, Aiden McCauley and Melissa Kennedy.
