Brent Wilson

Brent Lee Wilson, 55 of Sanford, NC passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 after an extended battle with cancer.  He was born in Burlington, NC August 1, 1965.  He graduated from Graham High School in 1983 where he was a member of the band and played the drums for several years.  Brent had an ear for music and also enjoyed playing the piano for family and friends.

Brent graduated from Central Carolina Community College May 1990 with a degree in Veterinary Medical Technology and was employed with All Animals Veterinary Hospital in Sanford for approx. 30 years as a Registered Veterinary Technician and a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Dentistry.  He loved all animals, especially dogs and excelled in his chosen career.  Brent also had several articles regarding veterinary dentistry published in the NavtaNews veterinary magazine.

Brent was the son of F. Lee Wilson, deceased, and Lavica Wright Wilson Apple and step-father, Alton Morris Apple.  Brent is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynn Eyring Wilson and sisters, Dawn Wilson Gamboe (Ed) of Zebulon, NC and Beth Wilson Newsome Beachum (Brian) of Sanford, NC and one nephew, Ian Marshall Newsome of Winston Salem, NC.
