Bryan K. Parks

Mr. Bryan Keith Parks, 69, of Paris Street, Graham, passed away on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at his residence. A native of Kern County, California, he was the son of the late Robert Vance and Leona Bonin Parks. He had worked for numerous years with Howard Transportation in Laurel, Mississippi. He was a member of Burlington Christian Church. He was a lover of animals and his greatest passion was Christmas Time with his family and friends. He enjoyed taking trips with his family to Gatlinburg, TN and Still Water, Minnesota. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Linda Oliver Parks; sons, Troy L. Parks (Vicki) and Robert D. Parks (Leanne); grandchildren, Kory P. Parks, Jaden Parks, Carey Carroll, Amber Morris, Mariah E. Parks, Crystal Fox, Catalina Parks and Samantha Carroll; great grandchildren, Christian, Angel and Caroline; cousins, Sharon Davis and Jerry Strickland. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, Bryan K. Parks, Jr. and Roy Glenn Parks and a brother, David Parks. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday December 31, 2016 at the Burlington Christian Church with Pastors Creighton Beatty, Ron Culp and John Nappo officiating. The family will be receiving guests at their residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Burlington Christian Church (Seniors Fund) at 301 Trail Four, Burlington, NC 27215 or to Hospice of Alamance/Caswell at 918 Chapel Hill Rd.
