Burnice Lee Shropshire

Burnice Shropshire, 78, passed away on Thursday October 21, 2021 at ARMC in Burlington.  He was the son of the late Raymond and Tazzie Shropshire.  Before retirement he worked as a truck driver for various companies. Survivors include his daughters, Katrina Shropshire Chandler, Naomi Lee Shropshire (Chris Whicker) and Miranda Shropshire; grandchildren, Kirk Chandler, Eleanor Shropshire and Olivann Shropshire; brothers, Wayne and Dennis Shropshire. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Martha Faucette Shropshire and a sister, Becky Allen. The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 27, 2021 from 1-2 at McClure Funeral Service in Mebane.  A funeral service will follow in the McClure Chapel at 2pm.  The burial will take place in Oakwood Cemetery.
