Carl Lee Roy Farrington Jr.

GRAHAM - Carl Lee Roy Farrington Jr., 75, passed away at the Hospice Home on Friday, June 5, 2015. Carl, a lifelong resident of North Carolina, was the son of the late Carl Lee Roy Farrington Sr. and the late Eula Elizabeth Aiken. Carl is survived by his wife of 47 years, Thelma Rice Farrington, of the home; son, Robert Farrington of Mebane; daughters, Carla Farrington of Burlington and Denise Edwards (Carl) of Graham; grandchildren, Joey Woods (April), Travis Porter (Cassy), Ashley Gwynn, Tony Gwynn Jr., Chace Farrington, Christopher Farrington, Caden Farrington and Angel Woods; 19 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Brannan (Jesse) of North Carolina; and a brother, Richard Farrington of North Carolina. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by two great- grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday. June 10, 2015, in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham, N.C. Pastor Woody Lamm will officiate. Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service at McClure Funeral Home and at other times at the residence of Rob Farrington, 401 Collington Drive, Mebane, NC 27302.
