Carol Ann Evans

Carol Ann Evans, 69, of Efland died Thursday, February 28, 2019.  She was a native of Orange County and a homemaker and a retired waitress. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Lucy Simmons. Also preceded by a brother, Jack Simmons, and two sisters, Linda "Sis" Owens and Polly Williamson.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis Thomas “Tommy” Evans of the home; daughters, Cindy Freeman and husband Robert of Efland, Windy Seekins and husband Danny of Efland; Granddaughters, Jessica Evans of Efland, Amber Scott of Reidsville; Grandson, Kenneth Davis of Burlington ; great grandchildren, Aubree Scott, Jaedan Phillips and Vaden Scott.

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane by Pastor Bobby Tate.
