Carolyn Faye Hughes

Mrs. Carolyn Faye Hughes departed this life on Friday, January 10th, 2025 peacefully in her own bed in her own home just as she wanted. Born November 12th, 1934 in Belton, SC to Myrtle and Furman Hannah, Faye, as she was known to her family and friends, made her permanent home in Graham, NC. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring friend.

Of her immediate family she is preceded in death by her husband Willie Arthur Hughes, daughter Rita Hughes and son Phil Hughes.

She is survived by her sons Andy Hughes with wife Mona and sons Ethan and Owen, Tim Hughes with daughter Kaelan, and many grandkids, great grandkids and dear family friends.

A small private graveside service has been scheduled. In leu of flowers the family is requesting you make a donation in her name to your favorite charity.
