Catherine Adelaida Castro, 26, of Cameron, NC passed away Saturday, July 10, 2021. Catherine was born in Gravette, Arkansas. She was a very talented artistic person with a huge love of family and supporter of animal rights. Catherine is survived by her husband, Joshua Antonio Castro of the home. Mother, Cassandra Reeves May and husband Chris of Burlington. Father, Rodolfo Jesus Valdez of Burlington. Siblings, Caitlin DeJesus and fiancé Darren Thomas of Burlington, Marcelo Hernandez Smith, Carissa May and Ariel May. Paternal Grandfather, Charles Taylor of Appleton, Wisconsin. Paternal Grandfather, Lino DeJesus and Paternal Grandmother Adelaida Valdez of Jaracuaro, Michoacan, Mexico. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham. Officiating will be Chaplain Brian Charland.
