Charles Alan Isley

Charles “Alan” Isley, 62, of Liberty, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Alan was the son of the late Martin and Linda Isley. He leaves behind to carry on his memory his wife of 25 years, Patsy Isley; three daughters, Crystal Shrum (Paul), Erin Isley, and Charly Isley; granddaughter, Lillian Shrum; and sisters Karen Snipes (Buster) and Dawn Isley.

Alan was a caring husband, Daddy, and Popaw who loved his family deeply. He especially cherished the summer beach trips, weekend cookouts, and long nights on the porch spent with them.

He enjoyed fishing, tending to the garden, working in his shop, and going on afternoon drives around his home.

His greatest joys were being a husband to his wife, a father to his three daughters, and a Popaw to his granddaughter who will all miss him every day. Although he is gone from their sight, the memories they shared will be treasured always.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church with the family receiving friends and loved ones one hour prior to the service at the church.
