Clyne Forest Ward

April 24, 1936 — August 28, 2014

Clyne Forest Ward was born in Summers County West Virginia. He was the second son of twin boys born to Oat and Icie Foster Ward on April 24, 1936. He served in the United States Army as a Medic in Germany for two years and four years in the Army Reserve. On December 26, 1958 he married Helen Annette Bargerhuff. They had three children, Vicki Darlene Ward Williams, Kimberly Ann Ward Winans, and Delora Dawn Ward Setliff. He attended the Ohio State Bible College and was ordained as an Apostolic Minister in 1976. During his lifetime he pastored several different churches in West Virginia. Clyne worked as a machinest most of his life while also doing carpenter work on the side. The last church he pastored, he built from the ground up with a labor of love for the Lord. He is survived by his wife Helen Annette Bargerhuff Ward along with his three daughters and their spouses. Vicki and Dennis Williams of Burlington, NC, Kimberly and Tommy Winans of Jane Lew, West Virginia, and Dawn and Leslie Setliff of Gainsville, VA. His seven grandchildren Charity Tucker, Timothy Tucker, Chasity Pettrey, Autumn Zickefoose, Echo Taylor, Anthony Setliff and Heather Setliff. Along with seven great grandchildren Ty Maxey, Ethan Tucker, Noah Tucker, Ashton Zickefoose, Carmen Zickefoose, Danny Zickefoose and Hunter Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be missed greatly by his loving family and his little fur babies . . . Snowball, Buttons, Shotgun, Little Kitty and Little Grey…
