Connie "Cl" Lee Foust

Mr. Connie Lee “CL” Foust, 71, of Saddle Club Road, Mebane, formerly of Deep Creek Church Road in Hopedale, passed away on Friday October 9, 2015 at his residence. He is the son of the Late Connie Lee Foust Sr, who died overseas in WWII and the late Raymond T. Gates and Leona Tickle Gates. He worked with White’s Furniture for numerous years as well as Food Lion and Walmart prior to retiring. CL was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are his sisters, Kathy Ford, of the home, Betty White, Sandra Turner, and Judy Newcomer; and a brother, Steven Gates. A Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday October 11, 2015 at the Alamance Memorial Park in Burlington with the Rev. Johnathan Graves officiating. There will be no public visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Home of Alamance/Caswell at 918 Chapel Hill RD. Burlington, NC 27217 or to Riverdale Baptist Church at 1273 Haw River Hopedale Rd.
