Curtis "Willard" Moore Jr

Mr. Curtis “Willard” Moore, Jr., 78, passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on September 8th, 2020.  He was the son of the late Curtis Willard Moore Sr. and Sue Zachary Moore. Willard was a hard worker from the beginning, never shy to take on a project while taking pride in his work, and had his hands in just about everything. He made a living as a dock worker, but he made a life out of being a husband, daddy, pawpaw, and great granddaddy. Willard could be described as a caregiver, with enough love in his heart to make sure his whole family knew how special each and every one of them were. Outside of his family he had a love for his hot rod car, his farmall tractor, farming, and wood crafting.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 58 years, Margie S. Moore, three loving children Donna M. Shoffner, Sabrina M. (Lee) Barber, Shawn W. (Amy) Moore; two sisters, JoAnn (Donnie) Andrews and Linda (David) Harris; 8 grandkids, Mikala, Alisha, Emily, Jessica, Codie, Briana (Blake), Jess (Johnathan), and Cassidy; 6 great grandchildren, Autumn, Scarlett, Dax, Lucas, Tyler, and Colsen. A service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 2:00pm at the McClure Funeral Service Chapel in Graham. The family will receive friends and family at McClure Funeral Home in Graham one hour prior to the service. Internment will follow at Haw River City Cemetery.
