Daniel Kaiser Huffines Jr.

Daniel Kaiser Huffines Jr., 35, of Burlington, NC, went home to be with the Lord on December 1, 2023. He was the son of Patricia Wynn Wade and the late Daniel Kaiser Huffines Sr.  Daniel will be remembered as a big teddy bear and always being the life of the party.  If you knew Big D, Heavy D, Uncle D, or Daniel, you know he was always there to help and lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed fixing and working on computers (which he got from his father) as well as cooking, playing video games, and discussing politics. He was a family man, and was their protector. Daniel was a loving, caring, selfless person, who always put the needs of others before his own. He loved everyone, especially his family and his fur babies, Libby, Kallie, Chunk, June, and countless others.

In addition to his father, Daniel Kaiser Huffines Sr., Daniel was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Wynn Willoughby.

Daniel is survived by his wife and the love of his life for almost 12 years, Amy Michelle H.; his mother, Patricia Wade (Frankie Wade); his brothers, Robert Lee Huffines (Doris Whitley), and Jonathan Neal Huffines; his grandparents, Bobby and Marie Carden; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A visitation for Daniel will be held on Friday, December 8th, 2023, at Trinity Baptist Church in Graham from 6-8pm.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9th, 2023, at the church beginning at 2:00pm.  Burial will follow at Graham Memorial Park.

Daniel always said go big or go home, he went big and finally went home to be with the Lord. He will be greatly missed…until we meet again.
