Darell Ray Collins

Mr. Darell Ray Collins, 58, of West Pine Street, Graham, NC, passed away on Sunday December 18, 2016 at his residence. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late James and Jean Crawford Collins. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He enjoyed the outdoors whether he was working in the yard, riding a Harley Davidson, or fishing with his son Brian, he always had a smile on his face when he was out and about. He enjoyed his family trips to Southport, NC and to find time to do some fishing while he was there. His joy and his love were his grandchildren, as they always put a smile on his face just being around him. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Hensley “Trisha” Collins; daughter, Brandy C. Barker; son, Brian Collins and wife Hannah; grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, and Paige Oliver; sister, Kim Perry and husband DL; and a brother, Randy Collins and wife Heather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Chris Collins. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday December 22, 2016 at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham with the family receiving friends following the service at the funeral home.
