Darin Lynn Wrenn

Darin Lynn Wrenn, 53 of Mebane passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019 following a couple of years of declining health. He was a native of Orange County, was the owner and operator of Collins Tree Service and Stumps “R” Us, and of the Baptist Faith. He was an avid hunter and loved riding his custom Harley Davidson motorcycle. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and close friends. Darin had a way of making everyone around him laugh and was always up for the next adventure. He will be deeply missed and remembered as a strong and reliable man. He was preceded in death by his father Lester Wrenn; sister, Kimberly Wrenn; grandmothers, Josephine Stephens and Daisy Lee Jump; grandfathers, Joseph Riley and Walter Martin Wrenn

He is survived by his children, Darin Jack Wrenn, Heather Wrenn Page and husband Matthew, Tracy Gosnell and husband Todd and their children, Jaxson and Amelia Gosnell; long term companion, Tammie Davis and children, Katelyn Davis and Jacob Utsman. Mother Dixie Riddle; brother, Walter Keefe Wrenn; sister, Kristal Jones and husband Matt; niece, Leanna Jones and nephew, Glenn Wrenn.

A service to celebrate his life will be at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 14th at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane by pastor Charles Hamilton. Burial will immediately follow in the Mt. Zion Christian Church Cemetery.
