David Allen Morse

Mr. David Allen Morse 62, of Burlington, NC passed away on January 5, 2023 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. David was a lover of the beach and the salty air spending a lot of his time in Oak Island. He also enjoyed metal detecting and fishing. Survivors include his loving daughter, Brittany Cierra Morse; his sons, David Brandon “Stump” Morse and wife Heather and Brian Lee Morse; his mother, Vitha Ann Bean Morse; his grandchildren, Cameron Ray Morse, Ashya Morse, Emily Graves, and Auburn Morse; his previous wife and forever friend, Donna Perdue Bolt; his special friends, Kelly Hill,  Reina Reyes, Turtle Townsend, Kathy Townsend; his sisters, Charlene Rallo and husband Mike and Patricia Estes and husband Gary and his loving nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his father, Walter Dayton Morse and his sisters, Debbra Morse, and Ramona Simmons. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 6 until 8 PM at the McClure Funeral Service in Graham. David was a proud veteran of the US Army and also served in the US National Guard. McClure Funeral Service in Graham is assisting the family.
