David Wayne Riley

Mr. David Wayne Riley, 54, of Graham, NC, passed away on Tuesday April 23, 2019 at the Hospice Home in Burlington. A native of Alamance County, NC, he was the son of the late James Frederick Sr. and Wanda Harward Riley. David had 20 years of service with LabCorp. He was an avid Fisherman and lover of Antiques. The last six months of David’s life he wanted to live it to the fullest. He had spent time in Topsail Island and Surf City, NC fishing but most especially he was able to spend 3 months in Puerto Rico with his friends and family. David was also a proud member of the Hope Church in Burlington. He is survived by his brother, James F. Riley Jr.; nephews, James F. Riley III, Christopher S. Riley, Michael S. Riley and Anthony D. Riley; an Aunt, Coleen Seachrist; cousin, Rhonda McCormick; one great nephew and three great nieces. David had many loving friends and family who supported and loved David throughout the years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece, Crystal Michelle Riley. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Saturday May 18, 2019 at The Hope Church with the Pastor Tadd Grandstaff officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the Church.
