Deborah Welch Bartnick

Mrs. Deborah Eileen “Debbie” Bartnick, 69, of Efland, NC, passed away on Monday September 18, 2017 at the Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington. A native of Middlesex Co. MA, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Lois Hogan Welch. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She loved to spend time with her grandson which was the joy and light of her eye. She served as a Nurse in the Medical profession for numerous years. She enjoyed trips to the NC beaches where she would take in the fresh air and take long walks along the shoreline with her husband. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Bruce S. Bartnick, of the home; daughters, Elizabeth Kelly, of the home and Laura Connors and husband Kevin, of Wilmington, MA; her loving grandson, Patrick Connors, of Wilmington, MA; sisters, Tina Curless and husband Rick, of MA and Pixie Schran and husband Harry, of MA; brothers, Doug Welch and wife Karen and Buddy Welch and wife Jett, both of MA; Aunt, Marion Braley-Freeman, of MA and many loving nieces and nephews.
