Donald Reed Ham

MEBANE - Donald Reed Ham, 57, passed away Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at his residence. Donnie was born in Alamance County. He was formerly a member of the Orange County Rescue Unit. He was employed as a security officer at Honda Aero. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Cole, of Greensboro; and brother, Michael Ham of the home. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Haywood Ham and Anna Sue Bowles Ham; and a sister, Sheree Lynn Crawford. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. in the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane. Officiating will be the Rev. Jim Florence. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
