BURLINGTON - Mrs. Dorothy Louise Pollock Apple, age 62, of 2328 Buckingham Road, Burlington, NC died 1:45 am Friday July 25, 2014 at the Select Specialty Hospital at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC. She was the daughter of late Joseph Pollock and the late Dorothy Louise Pollock and was a retired Registered Nurse. Surviving is her husband Marvin Franklin "Frank" Apple of the home, daughter Kerry Brown and husband Troy of Burlington, son Jason Franklin Apple and wife Dionne of Graham, one grandson David, 3 sisters and 1 brother. The family will receive friends on Monday July 28, 2014 at the McClure Funeral in Graham from 2:00pm until 3:00 pm with a funeral service being held in the McClure Chapel at 3:00pm. Officiating will the Rev. Norman F. Fargis Sr., pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church of Graham. Burial will follow in the Haw River Cemetery.
