Douglas "Doug" Moore Rhue

THE SERVICE FOR DOUGLAS RHUE HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER.  IT WILL NOW BE HELD MONDAY AUGUST 12, 2024

It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother, Douglas Rhue, on August 3rd 2024.  He was 60 years old.

Doug was a talented cartoonist, lover of classical music, and friend to all he met.  He was preceded in joining the Lord by our parents, Dalton and Katherine Dismuke Rhue.  He is survived by sister, Sharon and husband Steven Jones, brother Barry, brother Darin and wife Donna, niece Kailyn Rhue, aunt Sylvia Dismuke Perry, and dear friend Paula West.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 Pm on Monday August 12, 2024, at the McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Mebane with the Pastor Robbie Owens officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery alongside his mother and father.
