Drew Mae (Vickery) Schweitzer

Mrs. Drew Mae "Jimmie" Vickery Schweitzer, 89, passed away on May 28, 2023.  She was born on July 18,1933 in Perry, Florida. Drew was the daughter of the late James Richard and Maggie Viola Kilgore Vickery.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schweitzer is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James Albert Schweitzer; and her sisters, Dora Walker, Dorothy Sellers, Doris Hawes, and Donnis DeGerald.

She is survived by her son, James Schweitzer (Susan) of Hillsborough, NC; her sisters, Delores Ryan of New Smyma Beach, Florida, and Devonne Joiner of Lenox, Georgia; and her two grandchildren, Amorelle Schweitzer and Shiloh Mae Schweitzer.

A  memorial service for Mrs. Schweitzer will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mebane Presbyterian Church.
