Ms. Edna “Cookie” Boggs Modlin, 82, of Graham, NC went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret Boggs.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Modlin.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery beginning at 12:00pm.
