Edward "Ed" John Fassell Jr.

Edward J Fassell Jr, 73, of Mebane passed away from complications of ALS on Monday, October 17, 2022. A native of Hinsdale, Massachusetts, son of Ed and Dorothy Fassell Sr, he was a graduate of Waconah Regional High School, class of 1966. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force, and worked professionally as a carpenter. He leaves behind his wife of 26 years, Laurie Auger Fassell. Also a Step Daughter, Cassandra Duffey, and his beloved grandson, Brandon Duffey. A memorial service of his life will be at the Burlington VFW Post 10607, Saturday, October 22 at 11 AM.
