Elaine Pulliam Chappell

Elaine Pulliam Chappell, 66, of Yanceyville, passed away on July 10, 2024 at Moses Cone Hospital.  She was the daughter of Thomas Lee Pulliam who survives, and the late Jane Moore Pulliam. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Other than her father she is survived by her husband, Dale Chappell; daughter, Julie Brown (Andy); son, Joseph Radomski; step-sons, Timmy Chappell (Mary) of Cherryville, NC and Robert Chappell of Blairsville, PA; sister, Lisa Joyner (Dean); brother, Joseph Pulliam (Kimberly); sister-in-law, Nevada Smolka of Blairsville, PA; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.  Other than her mother, she is preceded in death by her son, Johnathan Cummings and a brother Sonny Lee Pulliam.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm on Thursday, July 18, 2024 in the McClure Funeral Chapel in Graham with Pastor Darrell Moser officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
