Mebane Emma Carol Bunker Wheeler, 47 of 6014 Oak Grove Church Road in Mebane died Monday, February 24 in Hillsborough. She was a native of Alamance County and was employed in the field of early childhood education. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Graham. She is survived by her husband, James Wheeler of the home; children, Austin Wheeler of Raleigh and Katie Wheeler of the home; Parents, Henry H. Bunker of Burlington and Sue Riley Bunker of the home; brother, Dale Bunker of Mebane; sisters, Vicki Blevins of Mt. Vernon, TX and Gaela McHugh of Mebane.
