Erma Lee Jones

Erma Lee Jones, 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 9, 2017. She was a native of Chatham County and retired from Lab Corp and the daughter of the late Colon and Beulah Jones Johnson She is survived by her children, Rebecca Allison, John T. Lee and wife Pat, Wayne Lee and wife Peggy; grandchildren, Jimmy Allison, Tommy Allison, Jason Allison, Theresa Lee, Sammy Lee, Thomas Lee, Timmy Lee and their spouses; numerous great grandchildren In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Lee, second husband, Robert Jones; sons, Sammy Lee and Jerry Lee; grandchildren, Robbie Lee and Lisa Lee; brothers, Earl, Clyde and Arthur Johnson. There will be a graveside service 2:00 PM Tuesday at Emmaus Baptist Church, 2430 Silk Hope Gum Spring Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312 by Rev. Ray Gooch. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance/Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
