Ervin Paul Carter, 83, of Graham passed away Monday April 25, 2022 at his residence. Ervin was born in Pink Hill, NC. He was retired from Duke University and was retired from the US Navy, serving 22 years active and 8 years reserve.
Ervin is survived by his wife, Dorothy Marie Eagan Carter. Daughter, Joy Lorraine Cooper. Sons, Robert Earl Carter and John Thomas Carter. Grandchildren, Thomas Leroy Cooper, Jr., Lindsey Zacheis, Aaron Zacheis and Josh Zacheis.
There will be no funeral service at this time.
